FAQ
Does it personalize to my skin?
Yes. Set your skin type (normal, dry, oily, combination) and concerns, and each product shows a skin-fit read tailored to you. Change it anytime under Settings > Skin profile. A skin profile is optional. The score and ingredient data work without it. Note that the skin-fit read does not change the underlying score. See our scoring methodology for details.
I can't find a product
Our database is growing continuously. If a barcode scan returns "product not found", you can submit a photo on the spot — we'll review it and usually add the product within a few days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel via your App Store subscription management screen. In-app, tap Settings > Manage subscription to deep-link to it.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, no further charges will occur. Refunds for already-paid periods follow Apple's policy.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings > Delete my data in the app. Server-side account, collections, and history are deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Pro subscribers: cancel your subscription BEFORE deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription, and you will continue to be charged. Cancel from the App Store "Subscriptions" management screen.
Sign-in problems / changing sign-in method
nemi supports four sign-in methods: Apple, LINE, Google, and email (one-time passcode).
- Apple Sign In: if you chose "Hide My Email" on first sign-in, Apple issues a relay address. Use the same Apple ID on subsequent sign-ins.
- LINE Sign In: the LINE app must be installed. If errors persist, sign out and back in to LINE before retrying.
- Google Sign In: pick a Google account registered on your device.
- Email (OTP): a 6-digit code is sent to your registered address. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
If none of these resolve the issue, email support@nemi.beauty with your device and chosen sign-in method.
I think a rating is wrong
Ratings are computed automatically from publicly available safety data, but new research may differ from older sources, and brands may reformulate. Email support@nemi.beauty with details and we'll re-evaluate.

nemi is operated under Japanese law (APPI). Users outside Japan, including in the EU and UK, can submit data subject requests via the APPI framework by emailing support@nemi.beauty.
