I can't find a product
Our database is growing continuously. If a barcode scan returns "product not found", you can submit a photo on the spot — we'll review it and usually add the product within a few days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel via your App Store or Google Play subscription management screen. In-app, tap Settings > Manage subscription to deep-link to the platform's management screen.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, no further charges will occur. Refunds for already-paid periods follow the platform's policy.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings > Delete my data in the app. Server-side account, collections, and history are deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Pro subscribers: please cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Account deletion does not auto-cancel subscriptions on Apple/Google.
I think a rating is wrong
Ratings are computed automatically from publicly available safety data, but new research may differ from older sources, and brands may reformulate. Email support@nemi.beauty with details and we'll re-evaluate.
I have a feature request
We welcome ideas — "I want feature X", "please support brand Y", etc. Email support@nemi.beauty.

nemi is operated under Japanese law (APPI). Users outside Japan, including in the EU and UK, can submit data subject requests via the APPI framework by emailing support@nemi.beauty.
